X-Wall is a small tool that wraps together Privoxy and Plink (which is part of PuTTy) as well as GoAgent in version 1.3 to provide people an easier way to X (cross) the China Firewall service. It has a built-in GFWList and it will check it online everyday and when you visit websites that are not blocked, it will connect directly.
